Johanna and Hector were the perfect couple. We met on the southside of Atlanta, GA for their session. They looked like they walked out of a magazine together. You could see how much they loved each other and how loved this baby was going to be loved. They didn’t know the gender of the baby at the time. However, I kept referring to her tummy as he and since our session, Johanna delivered a beautiful baby boy!!! Some days I think I should play the lottery but I know my chances on guessing the baby’s gender is a lot better than winning the lottery. LOL

Sweet Little Beau from McDonough, GA came to the studio for his newborn session. He was such an awesome baby and I love the way their family picture turned out. So much love and I love how you can really see how small they baby is but takes up the most room in his parent’s heart.

Sometimes plans change and babies have a different idea on when they want to make their grand appearance. That was the case with Evan. His mom and I had planned on a maternity session as well as his newborn session but Evan couldn’t wait to meet his mommy and daddy and was born a few weeks early. He had a short stay in the NICU and came to visit me in my studio on the southside of Atlanta, GA when he was several weeks old. He did amazing during his session and never made a peep. Even though he was a little older than my typical newborns, he was still in that newborn like state and settled right into each newborn pose.

Mom and Dad joined in for some family pictures at the end of our session. His mom really wanted the bed set up for maternity pictures but since we weren’t able to do those, we incorporated those into his newborn session.

Newborn sessions are all about being flexible in our scheduling and customizing each one for our JSP customers.

To say this couple was meant to be is an under statement. It was Destiny. I love their story and have been dying to share it with everyone.

Eva and David grew up in Kenya. Kenya is a big country as we all know but they grew up just a few miles from each other. Their families knew each other and they had mutual friends but David and Eva never met. When they finally did meet, they had both moved to the states and of all places, both moved to Atlanta, GA. It is here that they met and feel in love!!! It is here that I met them and got to know them and their amazing story. I asked alot of questions during our session because their heritage intrigues me. Heck, their story intrigues me. I LOVE IT!!!

We instantly connected and were having a blast right away during our maternity session. We made a few outfit changes and capture some truly amazing images. Eva is a beautiful mama and you can see how much David loves her when he looks at her. It makes my heart melt.
